Dott.ssa Anna Maria Monti

Founding partner of the firm, her professional activity is devoted to dealing with corporate issues, tax and accounting businesses and corporate groups. She carries out activities defending taxpayers before the Tax Authority relation to tax audits and provides assistance and representation at Tax Commissions in relation to all deflationary litigation procedures. She also provides legal consultancy andtax and accounting services relating to extraordinary business transactions (transfers of business, transfer of shares, corporate transformation, corporate liquidation, liquidation of shares, etc.) and drafting, as an expert in charge of professional appraisals of the company’s assets during corporate changes, divisions, contributions and other extraordinary transactions. She has been a member of the Regional Election Regulatory Board.
She is the President of the Board of Auditors, an Acting Statutory Auditor and Statutory Auditor of corporations in various sectors and she is authorized to issue Compliance Records.
