Founding partner of the firm, his professional activity is devoted to dealing with corporate issues, tax and accounting businesses and corporate groups. He carries out activities defending taxpayers in relation to tax audits and provides assistance and representation before the Tax Authority and Tax Commissions in relation to all deflationary litigation procedures. He also provides legal consultancy and tax and accounting services relating to extraordinary business transactions (transfers of business, transfer of shares, corporate transformation, corporate liquidation, liquidation of shares, etc.) and drafting, as an expert in charge of professional appraisals of the company’s assets during corporate changes, divisions, contributions and other extraordinary transactions.
He has carried out expert witness responsibilities for the Italian Courts in accounting matters. He has been a speaker at conferences relating to tax issues.
He holds positions as Chairman and Statutory Auditor in various Boards of Auditors and he is authorized to issue Compliance Records.
