He works mainly in the fields of civil, commercial, bankruptcy and tax law.
In court he has provided clients assistance in various areas of civil law (damages, contractual liability and tort, debt collection) and tax law (industry and income assessment studies). In particular, he has actively participated in the study and drafting of legal documents and the discussions of causes of action at hearings.
He also deals with national contracts with particular reference to the sales agreements, leases, distribution and agency agreements, business procurement agreements, settlement agreements and he takes part in the study and drafting of contracts and opinions.
He has also represented many taxpayers (companies and individuals) in settlement procedures with the tax authorities.
He has assisted clients in bankruptcy proceedings, with particular attention to the presenting of proof of bankruptcy and the opposition to the statement of affairs. He has been also involved in the proposition of pre-bankruptcy composition with creditors in the initial phase and drafting of applications in the later phases.
